Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by an Arrow Trekking and Safaris representative. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi, where you’ll receive a briefing about your upcoming adventure. Use this time to relax, explore Nairobi, or prepare for your safari.

After an early breakfast, depart from Nairobi and embark on a scenic drive towards Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you’ll pass through the stunning Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop at a scenic viewpoint for breathtaking photographs.

Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in Masai Mara in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, set out for your first game drive, where you’ll have your first chance to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and other iconic wildlife. As the sun sets over the Mara plains, return to your accommodation for a delicious dinner and relaxation under the African sky.

Rise early for a sunrise game drive, an excellent time to witness predators in action. Return to the lodge for breakfast before heading out on a full-day game drive, exploring different regions of Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and other fascinating wildlife. If visiting during the Great Migration season, witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River, with crocodiles lurking below.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Mara. In the afternoon, continue your game drive, stopping at scenic spots for breathtaking views. You also have the option to visit a Maasai village (optional) to learn about their traditions and way of life.

Return to your lodge/camp for a relaxing evening, a hearty dinner, and storytelling by the campfire.
