After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Famous for its tree-climbing lions, pink flamingos, and diverse birdlife, the park offers spectacular game viewing. Drive through dense groundwater forests, open grasslands, and along the soda lake, where hippos and a variety of wildlife gather. In the evening, settle into your mid-range lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Yes, most international visitors require a visa to enter Tanzania. Tourist visas can be obtained online, at Tanzanian embassies, or upon arrival at the airport. It’s advisable to check specific visa requirements based on your nationality before traveling.

The best time for a safari is during the dry season (June to October) when wildlife viewing is at its peak. However, the green season (November to May) offers fewer crowds and beautiful landscapes, with the Great Migration in Serengeti being a year-round spectacle.

This is a mid-range safari, meaning you’ll stay in comfortable lodges or tented camps that provide en-suite bathrooms, delicious meals, and excellent service while maintaining an authentic safari experience.

You can expect to see the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino) as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and numerous bird species. Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti are rich in wildlife.

Swahili is the official language of Tanzania, and English is widely spoken, especially in tourist areas. Learning a few Swahili phrases is appreciated and can enhance your cultural experience (greeting people with “Jambo” (hello) )
