Wake up early for breakfast and transfer to Volcanoes National Park headquarters, where you will receive a comprehensive briefing from park rangers. Learn about gorilla trekking guidelines, conservation efforts, and what to expect during the trek. Groups are assigned based on fitness levels, and the trek can take anywhere from 1 to 6 hours, depending on the gorillas' location.

As you hike through the dense rainforest, guided by expert trackers, experience the thrill of moving through an untouched jungle filled with rich biodiversity. Upon finding a gorilla family, spend one magical hour quietly observing these majestic creatures as they interact, play, and care for their young.

After descending from the forest, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, you may choose to visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village, where you can engage with the local community, learn about traditional customs, and enjoy Rwandan dance performances.

In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely drive back to Kigali, stopping at scenic viewpoints and local markets for last-minute souvenirs. Arrive in Kigali by late afternoon and check in to your mid-range hotel for a relaxing evening.
